sureguy
What do you mean by this? To access it from the internet, then you will need PlexPass and a Plex client. Locally you just need a Plex client. Sent from a mobile device, sorry for any typos. Quote Link to comment
bu12tras
U dont need plexpass to access it from the net, just set a port ( 32400) and forward it, or make a vpn in your home network and connect to it. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk Quote Link to comment
Two Wire
I have the Plex server installed on unRaid and the client installed on my laptop, and also on my tv. I did this about a week ago only to find out later that Plex no longer supports VIDEO_TS folders. It will not play any of my videos that are in these folders. I found a discussion on the Plex website relating to this issue, and picture of a drop down menu showing the option to select an external player, but there was no detail as to where this option was located. I have done several searches but have had no luck. Quote Link to comment
switchman
I would go to the Plex forums to ask detailed Plex questions. Quote Link to comment
Kryspy
TwoWire, I would bet that is a function of the Plex Home Theater app. Not sure but that'd be my guess. Kryspy Quote Link to comment
