Most of the Folders could not read/open

Hello,

 

I have a fresh clean installed V5.

 

But have a new issue. I tried to open my folders, but most of my folders looks like on print screen (little red sign), its like blocked...when Iv had V4.7 I never met with this issue before.

 

It is like permission issue? But I did not setted up anyithing..

    Run the new permissions utility. It's required when moving from 4.7 to 5.05
