October 17, 201411 yr Can I still use unmenu in unraid V6? Do the packages that get installed with it work or must they be updated? In short: what is the best way to install the current unmenu plus packages in V6 and make it 64bit compatible. Is a 64 bit only version of unmenu plus packages in the works.
October 17, 201411 yr unMENU can be installed on V6. You will have to install the 64bit version of the packages. Most of the packages have been updated to 64 bit. There are a few minor bugs with unMENU and V6 but nothing that would stop be from using it.

Does unmenu inform me about incompatible packages?

October 17, 201411 yr Author Thanks all. Probably the best thing to do when upgrading from V5 to V6 is to delete unmenu and evt. packages and install it later in V6?
October 17, 201411 yr Make a backup of all those files first and then I would delete them and start from fresh.
November 29, 201510 yr Hate to resurrect an old thread, but figured it made sense to vs. starting a new thread... Just looking for opinions on unmenu use in V6? Are you all still using unmenu? are the installation instructions still valid? thanks in advance. al
