The IGPU has to be the boot display.  It cannot be a secondary GPU.  This is because the BIOS has to initialize the GPU.

Yeah, that is what I have setup.  Still the same result.  Hmmmm wonder if it somehow is processor related?  I have the 4770S.

I think I will go back to the ATI card.  At least until Xen better supports the IGD GPU passthrough.
