The deal dosent kick in for another 15 min or so so I am not sure the deal but right now it is at $165 and is going to go lower which will be a great deal.

It is is an ok price if you are looking for a good 4TB drive, it is still less $/GB than the 5tb and 6tb drives, so if $s are your limit yes it is a good deal, if slots are your limit then no not really

And 32% claimed already... 

I believe Newegg had it on sale for $125 earlier today. It was a very short sale though.
