You may have to give it a couple of minutes to initially boot up.  Or there's something wrong with your port or path mappings.  Edit the container and post a screen shot

change network type to host and it should work (afaik for plex host mode is best)

 

otherwise you need to map these ports:

32400 TCP

32469 TCP

1900 UDP

32410 UDP

32412 UDP

32413 UDP

32414 UDP

 

(not sure if with the new ssl update some new ports are necessary. i've set my container back to host)

funny enough im updating from 5.06 to 6 tonight.

Awesome.  After 3 days of searching and reading all the different "how to's" on how to install Plex, this was the one that explained what I needed to know.  Thanks for this thread, I was able to install Plex.
