Remove all plugins and try again.  Docker containers and VM's are ok.  Once you're satisfied that's reliable, add plugins back one by one until you find the one causing the issue.  Better yet: don't use plugins.

The syslog says the array cannot be stopped because it is still in use by some application.

 

You have a lot of plugins/extras installed.    I would expect one of those is causing your issue.  For this to be considered an unRAID bug you are going to have to show that the array does not shutdown when they are not loaded (e.g. When running in Safe mode).

 

If you were using Docker containers for your applications then there is a good chance the problem would not occur as unRAID would automatically stop such applications before trying to stop the array.
