I am at a complete loss. My server has been fine for a few years then yesterday was tuned off and couldn't power it back on.

 

I was able to clean it out and play with it and finally got it to stay powered on after many power up and shutdown right away. I thought it was a PSU problem.

 

I left it on over night after using it for a few hours but it was powered off this morning.

 

Between the old and new PSU I can't get it to power on at all now. The MB gets power, the lights that are normally light its not even powered on are lite.

 

I have changed memory, taken it out of case to make sure something wasn't shorting it but out of ideas. Trying to save it without having to buy a new MB.
