Why is MOVER so slow?

I'm on the latest unraid build and have 15 data disks (XFS) and 2 SSD's (512GB each) in a brtfs cache pool. When I copy files from my computer to unraid the file transfers are very fast; however when the Mover is invoked it can take upwards of 10-12 hours once I manually invoke the mover to actually move that data to the data drives. Is there any reason why this might be taking so long?

 

BTW my disk settings regarding tunables are: (I have 16GB ram installed)

 

Tunable (poll_attributes): 3840

Tunable (md_num_stripes): 2304

Tunable (md_sync_window): 864

Call me a newbie even though I'm not quite - I just downloaded the diagnostics zip file and unzipped it, which file(s) should I upload here - I'm unfamiliar with this section sorry. Or is there some other log you are looking for specifically? Thanks in advance

Upload the entire zip if it will fit.  If not, the syslog

My issue with this is that I have a lot of private files & names, titles etc. in the syslogs that I don't want made public or to even be shared with anyone. What portions of the syslogs could I cut out that are not important? Sorry for the trouble.

edit out the titles.  You never know what's going to be important.
