zekemdm
Going through the v6 manual I noticed the minimum required space on the bootable USB is 512 MB, I had some difficulty getting my USB to be bootable configuring it on Mac. I was able to get the machine to boot from the USB stick when I formatted the drive and loaded unRAID using Windows 7 via desktop parallels on my macbook pro. The maximum size option given to me was 200MB. How can I format my USB boot device for 512MB and not lose the current configuration of my unRAID system? I am using a mini cruzer 16GB stick. Thanks. CHBMB
Just copy all the files on it to a safe place. Reformat/repartition the drive and copy all your files back over to it. Link to comment
