Bug adding secondary vdisk

I added a secondary vdisk and chose the qcow2 instead of raw. When I started up the VM windows said it crashed and will restart. When it did it never came back up. When I force stopped the VM, I saw that the primary disk is now the secondary one I added, and the secondary one was my primary disk. I swapped it around and it worked again, but the initial adding of a 2nd disk seems a bit buggy
