Intel 750 Series AIC

Featured Replies

Will the Intel 750 Series AIC work without issues on the latest version of unraid? Plan on using it for a cache drive.

If you already have it, give it a go. Otherwise I dont think it will work since it's not a SATA device.

I haven't purchased it yet but I was about to. I figured since it's a basic ssd just running on pci-e that it should work.

I don't think UnRAID has NVMe support yet -- but I seem to recall JonP noting they have ordered an NVM SSD for testing, so support should be forthcoming.

Hopefully JonP will see this and comment (I'll send him a PM pointing to this thread).

Gary is right in that we are in the midst of testing nvme support on unRAID but it would be premature to set a timeline as to when that support will be officially added.  For now, we encourage users planning a purchase to hold off until a formal announcement of support from us at LT.
