Server not reachable anymore during pre-clear

Hi,

 

as the subject says, I was doing a pre-clear and suddenly the server didn't respond anymore - Web GUI unreachable/timed out and Host not reachable with Ping. Funny thing is, it's still running (at least the fans are still going). Can't wake it with my regular WoL or connect with Telnet.

How should I proceed from here?

 

Edit: unRAID 6.1.9, only official plug-ins (the Bergware stuff).
