I had only one miserable VM with a space in the name and I didnt even use it.

This is amazing! I kinda fell in love with WebVirtMgr when I was "rolling my own server" with Arch and CentOS. There are also various programs that one can install on another PC that will allow you to remotely connect to the hypervisor. I believe they're only available for Linux though. Here's the only one I could find quickly, it's based on the GTK framework https://virt-manager.org/ I've used it multiple times and it works well.
