September 16, 20169 yr 1. Updated my 6.1.9 plugins automatically to latest. 2. Deleted the dynamix.plg file on the recommendation of another thread 3. Rebooted my server to pickup the change 4. Logged into my server, all disk configuration is gone, disks are returned to their original state with NO shares, docker, etc. Looks like a fresh install. 5. Grabbed diagnostic logs 6. Looked for the nearest beer to drink. Any idea how I can restore my configuration? yorktown-diagnostics-20160916-1340.zip
September 16, 20169 yr Author I think i may have found the culprit, I'm only seeing 7 disks not 8 in my array. I might be missing my parity disk which would put a wrinkle in this little problem...
September 16, 20169 yr Author I've come to the conclusion that my array is lost and I"m better off restoring from backup. Le sigh. Let this be a lesson for everyone: Always take backups. Take them regularly.
September 16, 20169 yr This is rather concerning as a new user considering unRaid, hope someone finds a solution for this.
September 16, 20169 yr Author Now this could be a few things: 1. My parity disk had some bad sectors that were reallocated. I was hoping to save a backup before I replaced the drive. 2. There should've been a way to see that my parity disk was missing without the whole array going belly up. 3. Why did deleting that package cause my config to goto pieces? I've used unraid for a very very long time and this is the first time in many years I've had this amount of problems.
September 16, 20169 yr This is rather concerning as a new user considering unRaid, hope someone finds a solution for this. This only effects a small minority of users. Not downplaying the impact on those users, but there are always bound to be edge cases that don't upgrade smoothly. Both of the servers that I have upgraded went very smoothly, I only had to do what was documented in the upgrade section of the announcement post and they came up fine.

Rebooting your server made that apparent and is not related to the PLG file.
