Corsair RMi, HXi, AXi PSU Statistics - CyanLabs's fork
is it possible to have a plugin like this for Seasonic PSU's? I have no idea how to see if they expose stats like this.

New Unraid OS License Pricing, Timeline, and FAQs
I already have a Plus license. I was told we can upgrade to Pro anytime and it will effectively be same as Lifetime (new name now). But I don't see how to do that, and want to know if there are discounts.

this didn't really answer either of my questions. the deals only mention the new names, not the old pro/plus.

Are there any black Friday sale discounts for Plus->Pro upgrade? and how do I do the upgrade? my license is still unactivated.

is there any way to use an existing Linux drive in Unraid?
@JonathanMI have a request for Unraid devs/team please. I am unable to boot from an Unraid USB on this PC - I made another thread here - https://forums.unraid.net/topic/176032-pc-wont-boot-from-unraid-usb. I went ahead and installed a fresh Linux distro on my PC. the HDD is untouched for now. My plan was to boot up and install a trial Unraid, then use it format the HDD in xfs compatible with Unraid, and then use it in Linux. Since I cannot do this. is there any cmd line tool you can give me that will let me format the disk in an Unraid compatible XFS? or perhaps this can be done with standard Linux tools? thank you

PC won't boot from Unraid usb
I'm confused. are you saying safe boot == UEFI? I have safe boot off, the boot menu lists 'UEFI boot devices' and only shows my ssd with windows partition.

I actually have safe boot disabled, as I had some issues booting a Linux live iso with it on. I tried the recommended steps to register the iso's key with the pc etc but that didn't work.

PC won't boot from Unraid usb
thanks, yes I'm 100% sure its not an Unraid issue but there are many experts here so can't hurt to ask. Fwiw the same USB drive/port worked with a Linux live iso, so I thought Unraid would work too, I know its Slackware but still. I will try other ports, its a pain powering up and down esp on this stupid PC where the bios doesn't even come up reliably and I'm mashing f2/esc like an idiot (sorry for the rant). When you say try for Debian, did you mean try under Debian? there's no target OS in the creator. I don't have a spare Linux PC though I could install a VM in my windows PC if really needed.

PC won't boot from Unraid usb
I have a UEFI PC, its an HP desktop so a lot of advanced bios options aren't there - but I've made sure UEFI is enabled and I set the boot order to USB first. I made a Unraid USB using the creator tool in Windows. The PC will not boot from it. In the boot menu it doesn't list the USB under UEFI sources. I then tried the 'make_bootable.bat' batch file in Windows, and told it to make it UEFI bootable, no difference. I've tried this on 2 different USB flash drives now both of which work otherwise.

Interesting. Can you give more details on this (if its not proprietary) ? I'm trying to find where I read about Unraid's disk layout being different, but Google is so much worse now and I can't. Actually now that I think about it, one of the benefits of Unraid has always been that data is in native format, so in the event of a crash its readable in other pc's (unlike striped raid etc), which would imply that a Unraid formatted disk is readable in Linux. I just wasn't sure it would be writeable, support other disk operations on the file system - but you are saying it does, right?

How? Does Unraid use the same disk layout as Linux? If not how are they compatible?

so if I boot from Unraid key,, attach the new hdd, format in Unraid, will the disk then be usable in a normal Linux distro? the booting from Unraid key will only be a temp step. I can then use it Linux, fill it with data and Unraid will later see it?

My Unraid server is down, I need some new parts etc. Meanwhile I have my old pc which runs Linux. What I'd like to do is format a hdd in xfs, add it to my Linux pc as a data disk, and then later on use it in Unraid, without losing the data or needing to reformat. Is this possible? from what I've read, Unraid uses a special disk format layout, but I'm hoping there are some utils etc that can help? the files can then be moved into the same folder layout with share names as in Unraid.
