ON my Mac my APPDATA directory says I have custom permissions, is that right?  IF not what should it be and how do I fix it through telnet?

    Don't touch the permissions within Appdata, as each app may have their own specific permission requirements and if messed with could result in the app not functioning correctly

    OK, so i'm trying to add a plugin to my Plex Plugin folder (a channel is what Plex calls them)  and they are not showing up.  I think its a permission issue, any idea?

    no idea but I fixed it by deleting and reinstalling the plugin
