That explains the usage and also why it was unmountable without one of the devices, part of the data is using RAID1 profile but the majority is using single profile.

ah ok... Wish I'd posted that up before now!

How best to fix and get both into raid1?

I really think you should format it and start over, but if want to try and fix rebalance the whole pool to single, and then back to RAID1, see here how:

At the end of each balance check again if it's only using a single profile, e.g., after balancing to single it should look similar to this:

Data, single: total=13.00GiB, used=12.50GiB
System, single: total=32.00MiB, used=16.00KiB
Metadata, raid1: total=1.00GiB, used=11.94MiB
GlobalReserve, single: total=16.00MiB, used=0.00B

edit: metadata should continue to be raid1 in the single profile

I copied the data from the cache drives to another drive. Then reformatted, pre-cleared and recreated the cache pool.

Here are the results. Is this all showing correctly now? Is there anything else I should check?

Thanks for all the help.
