Sync Errors + Pending Sector

After converting all the data disks from Reiserfs to XFS, one of the disks exhibits Sync Errors and Pending Sector Counts.  Please see screenshots.

 

I do have another 2TB disk (from the Reiserfs conversion process) that I can use to try swapping this out.  What would be the correct troubleshoot procedure?

Those are not sync errors, they are read errors, also always post the diagnostics but based on the SMART info replace it ASAP.

Yes log shows a tonne of read errors.  Diagnostics attached. 

 

Pre-clearing the spare 2TB now.

Since you were running a correcting check parity was incorrectly updated due to some of the read errors, there will be some corrupt file(s) on the rebuilt disk, but not much you can do now unless you have checksums for all files.
