April 8, 20179 yr So I need to replace a failed 2TD HDD but wondered whether it was worth increasing it to a 3-4TB one instead. I know it wont use the extra space yet but I was just thinking of the future when I replace the others to larger ones as well. Thought please?
April 8, 20179 yr Depends what size your parity drive is? If it's 2TB, then this new 4TB will have to be used for parity
