I think the best way to go is to upgrade your account to Pro first. Then, you can install the CrashPlan Pro docker (with an empty appdata). Follow the instructions as described in the documentation: https://github.com/jlesage/docker-crashplan-pro/blob/master/README.md#taking-over-existing-backup

When you enable the secure connection, the VNC connection must be performed over SSL. Not all VNC clients support this method. You can use SSVNC, it works well.
