I wasn't sure if it was worth posting this, as 1u 2.5" drive servers don't really appeal to me, but I thought someone might be interested.

 

So, for those that don't know, dell has a site dedicated to moving lease returns etc at discounted prices, and periodically they do a sale. This sale is 40% off any refurbished Poweredge R620 server and free ground shipping.

 

Drives: 8 2.5" bays (Some models may support 10).

CPU: Looks like Xeon E5 v1 and v2. Some Single CPU, some Dual.

Ram: 8GB to 160GB

Controller Card: Perc h310 and up

PSU: Mostly dual redundant

Remote Access: iDRAC7 Express

 

Last I looked, there were 22 units available­.
