Frank1940
If you are really running version 5.0-rc5, you have posted up in the wrong topic. This whole portion of the sub-forum is reserved for version 6.0 and later. In any case, you will need to a syslog to post up with your next response. It has been so long since I have used version 5 (most current stable version is 6.3.5), I can't recall exactly how to get one but you can start by reading the manual: https://wiki.lime-technology.com/Un-Official_UnRAID_Manual Quote Link to comment
rst33
Hi Frank thanks for the response can you move my post to the other section or do I need to repost I will add the syslog later once I work out how to do it Thank You Quote Link to comment

Frank1940
It appears that your have a problem with md10. (I think that is this disk: ST1000DM003-1CH162_S1DD9JSE size: 976762552) I would suggest getting smart report at this time and posting that up. Here is a thread that is reporting the same error as is in your syslog for this disk: Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
You need to check filesytem on disk10 (md10), first check or post the SMART report to make sure it's not failing. https://wiki.lime-technology.com/Check_Disk_Filesystems#Drives_formatted_with_ReiserFS_using_unRAID_v5_or_later Quote Link to comment
rst33
Afternoon I hope I have done this right please find attached the smart report Thank You for your help I really appreciate it Regards smart.txt Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
SMART looks mostly fine, you can proceed with the filesystem repair. Quote Link to comment
