Hi

when I try to create an Unraid USB, It get stuck at Syncing file system.

 

USB Flash drive is 8 GB, FAT32.

    Bump. Exact same issue. On top of that when I try and do it manually using the Make_bootable.exe Syslinux.exe crashes. Says it finishes but is still unbootable.

    Any solution to this? I'm trying to create a new USB stick (previous one works fine) but getting stuck in the same spot. Tried 6.4.1 and 6.4.0

    If the USB Creator tool fails you can always use the Manual Installation method referred to on the download page. I've never know that to fail as long as the USB stick is working reliably.
