It's just cycling over and over.

force reload is from the Preclear Disk plugin.  Make sure that it's up to date.  But it does look like there's an issue on whatever disk sdb is.  You should post your diags.

Looks like sdb is a USB bridge, but doesn't make much sense of why a bridge would get assigned a drive letter.  Is there any other USB devices attached beyond the Cruzer Fit?  Best guess is that because its not being recognized correctly / is something completely different its messing up the preclear plugin's scanning for stuff.  Quick fix is to uninstall preclear and only install it when you need to run it.  Beyond that, not quite sure as I don't keep track of the in's & out's of the preclear thread.

@bonienl  Can you take a look at this inconsistency?  The OP shows log entries that don't exist in the diagnostics, the syslog stops midway through one line, and the last200 isn't included in the log at all.  Not the first time this has happened.  Usually we see on log rotation where there's a huge gap that's gotten missed from the diagnostics

I had a rogue USB from work stuck in the server?! it did have unraid boot stuff on it, I removed that USB and seems to have stopped that.
