SuperPerry
I have parity drive with RED X, is my drive failing? I ran preclear and it passed with one UDMA error. Do I need to replace my parity drive? Please see attached drive info. Thank you in advance for your help. NOTE: I did to move the parity Drive to a different slot but same - RED X. tower-smart-20180101-2254.zip Link to comment
JorgeB
Replace the SATA cable to rule it out and re-sync parity: https://wiki.lime-technology.com/Troubleshooting#Re-enable_the_drive Link to comment
SuperPerry
Thank you. for some reason. If I put the parity drive on parity2 without parity1. The hard drive looks fine - No RED X. Any idea? Thank you! Link to comment
JorgeB
You have to re-sync parity, doen't matter if parity or parity2, but for single parity use the parity slot. Link to comment
