Device is disabled, contents emulated?

Having an issue with a 4TB drive (part of the array) which is now showing as disabled in Unraid.

Apparently the contents of this drive are being emulated but the only other disk in the array (besides the parity) is 500GB and my used data is roughly 1TB. I'm confused, is it emulating it using only the parity?

I've attached my diagnostics file if anyone would be kind enough to advise what I should do.

Has the drive failed? I'm worried removing the disk and installing it on the array again will delete my data.

Thanks!

A disabled disk is emulated by parity together with all the remaining data disks.

SMART looks fine but you should post the complete diagnostics.

You need to rebuild disk1, either using the old disk or a new spare if you want to pay it safer in case there are errors on another disk, though since it's a small array not much risk in rebuild using the old disk, so if you to re-enable the drive follow these instructions:

Unrelated there are corruption warnings on the unassigned NVMe device, a scrub will show you what files are affected, it can also be corrupt metadata:

Many thanks @johnnie.black , that has resolved the disabled disk issue.

Regarding the corruption warnings, I've tried scrubbing and it results in the following:

Quote

scrub status for 4f77f8cb-9763-4be1-ab95-91b29c1b5835
scrub started at Tue Feb  6 23:11:04 2018 and finished after 00:00:51
total bytes scrubbed: 71.53GiB with 1 errors
        error details: csum=1
corrected errors: 0, uncorrectable errors: 1, unverified errors: 0

dmesg shows the following:

Quote

There is only 1 file on this NVMe drive and that is my Windows VM img. Does this mean it is corrupted, and if so is there a way I can repair it? Note that I'm currently using this Windows VM with no issues.
