Call traces after restarting array

Hi guys,

I need help finding/identifying the call traces that Fix common problems just told me I have. I ran an extensive test and it came back fine. Then restarted the array, and the test that ran came back with call traces.

I dont want to post complete diagnostics as I see even with "anonymized" on a lot of folder names are included which pretty much gives away a lot of information. I've attached the latest syslog from shutting down the array to plugin saying call traces.

Your syslog is full of mover logs and errors such as these:

Quote

Feb 14 08:17:09 Tower emhttpd: device /dev/sdh problem getting id
Feb 14 08:17:09 Tower emhttpd: device /dev/sdd problem getting id
Feb 14 08:17:09 Tower emhttpd: device /dev/sde problem getting id

You have quite a complicated setup and it's difficult to see what's going on because of all the noise. I suggest you turn off Mover logging, as is now recommended (Settings -> Scheduler -> Mover Settings) and will avoid including those folder names that you're worried about, reboot to clear out the old log and run your tests again until a call trace is reported, then grab new diagnostics and post again. In the meantime I'll see if I can spot anything obviously wrong in your current log.

Are two of your "disks" actually hardware RAID arrays, possibly mounted using the Unassigned Devices plugin? From the SMART reports they appear to be.

This is correct, and it's not ideal unfortunately. Integrated P410 raidcontroller for my server does not support JBOD. Its my cache drive, and an SSD used for VMs, mounted with the unassigned devices plugin.

I've disabled the moved logging and will do a reboot when I get the chance. Thanks for having a look!
