Slower transfer speeds

I just started moving 300 GB of data to my system. Usually the transfer speed is @ 114 MB/sec, but for an unknown reason the speed is now 50 MB/sec...The transfer did not end yet, what kind of information shall I supply to investigate what caused this?

*Note* I use Total Commander to copy/move my files...

Files are @ least 2 GB in size (Some are more than 10 GB), and the disk is 850 Evo Sata SSD...

*Edit* I did include the diagnostics just in case. The transfer did end, so I copied some data from unRaid to my desktop and the speed was normal (114 MB/sec), and then I transferred data from my desktop to unRaid, it srarted @ 114 MB/sec, but after few seconds it dropped to high 40s MB/sec and remained there...

*edit2*

I did reboot the system, and here are the warnings and errors

*edit3*

After the reboot, I transferred 4 files (total 6 GB), and the speed was 114 MB/sec. So it seems the issue got resolved! I am curios what caused that slow down?!

The ACPI errors were fixed by the lates X11 bios update, but I believe that the bios was removed from the site until new microcode fixes are availbale.

The first few GB should could be going faster because they are cached in RAM

Thnx, I just transferred 33 GB folder, the speed was 110-114 MB/sec. So it seems a simple reboot solved the problem...
