Machine Check Error- can someone pls tell me which hardware is complaining?

My server is finally doing everything I need it to, as long as I never have to reboot the VM.  If I do, there are multiple hard crashes involved. Feels like that has to be hardware related as it happens the same way every reboot to get it back up and running. I don't know whether this is related or not, but I woke up to an MCE error this morning, and I'm sure its not helping. Can someone please take a look?

It looks like your RAM could be the source of the problem.
