March 31, 20188 yr I recently transferred my unraid server into a new case. After i did and restarted the server, I was unable to restart the Plexpy docker (now called tautulii), and received the message below. I deleted it and tried to reinstall the docker, but still got the same message and the same for any other docker i try to install. What does this mean and how can i resolve this? any help will be appreciated. Thank You. March 31, 20188 yr Community Expert Corrupt docker image? Idk, but I would try to nuke the docker image and start over. Just use CA's previous apps to install all your containers again then you don't need to change anything as all the settings/mappings are preserved. You'll be up and running in about 5 min https://lime-technology.com/forums/topic/57181-real-docker-faq/#comment-564309 Just ignore the move image part. If that doesn't work, check and reseat all cables. Check your usb stick for corruption by plugging it in a windows machine and run checkdisk. A backup of your usb stick before doing this is probably wise too. Also if you're on any of the 6.5.1 rc's I would upgrade to the latest rc3. LT has downgraded docker in this version due to issues with the version in rc1,2
March 31, 20188 yr Its a corrupted file on the flash drive. Take the flash, toss it into a baremetal box and run file system checks on it.
March 31, 20188 yr Author Sorry Squid, not sure how to go about doing a file system check on the usb. any recommendations using a windows PC? Thank you.
March 31, 20188 yr Put it in a windows machine, This PC, right click on the drive Properties, Tools - Check unRaid does a limited subset of checks during every boot, but the Win Tools are probably better
March 31, 20188 yr Author unfortunately, the file system check did not find any errors with the usb. I also tried putting the usb into a different usb 2 port, but still no good.
March 31, 20188 yr ok. Then the file itself is just plain trashed, but without filesystem corruption. The only real recourse here is to reinstall it from scratch and add in your appropriate path mappings
March 31, 20188 yr Author I have tried this using the community applications app and trying to manually add a container, and I get the same message. I used krusader to delete the Tautulli files in my appdata folder just to make sure. my plex and krusader dockers are still currently w orking though.

Are you reinstalling from previous apps. That will give the same result since it reads the same file. You need to reinstall from available apps
March 31, 20188 yr Author Yes i tried to install this is from available apps. This is not exclusive to just tautulli, I have tried to install other dockers, and i get the same message.
March 31, 20188 yr Remove the app from the docker page (click on it, then remove) and then do it again. Looks like even if you reinstall using defaults dockerMan still hits the file on the flash drive for some reason.
March 31, 20188 yr Author The app is uninstalled from the docker page. I can't reinstall tautulli, install any other docker, or edit my current dockers. I get the same message every time.
March 31, 20188 yr Author I fixed it. I shut down the server, put the usb back into my computer, and deleted the tautulli.xml file under the dockerman folder. now i am able to edit and install dockers again. Thanks for your help Squid.
