I came across this SFF case and just had to share the information.

 

I've used Shuttles for years and I can tell you that this would be the easiest to add hard drives or optical drives to. 

The top 3 bays are begging for a 5-in-3 and the bottom one would take a nice multifunction device.  There might even be room for an SSD in the bottom bay.
