Diagnostics are after rebooting so we can't see what happened, but the disk looks fine, the SATA controller is set to IDE mode, on the bios change it to AHCI and rebuild the disabled disk, it might also be a good idea to replace or swap the cables just to rule them out in case it happens again to the same disk.
