i got DUAL INTEL XEON PROCESSOR E5-2690 V2 TEN CORE 25M CACHE 3.0GHz

 

i use a win10 VM and want to attribute only 4 threads for it but on the same physical cpu

 

how to do it

Yes. The UI shows the correct physical pairings for CPUs with hyperthreading.

Your first processor uses cpu 1-10 with associated hyperthreads 20-29

Your second processor uses cpu 11-20 with associated hyperthreads 30-39.
