reefcrazed
Brand new vanilla install, I could never see my shares. I decided to putty into the server and run samba, and boom I can see my shares now. On every reboot samba does not start. On other flavors of linux I am familiar with how to start a server on boot. On Unraid how can I start samba on boot? Edited October 20, 2018 by reefcrazed Quote Link to comment
itimpi
Have you set the array to autostart? Until the array has been started you will not see your shares. Edited October 20, 2018 by itimpi Quote Link to comment

Samba should start automatically, even with the array stopped the flash drive is shared (if enabled), please post your diagnostics: Tools -> Diagnostics, maybe something visible there. reefcrazed
I will in a few days. I need to reboot it after some data is done copying, that will take a while. Quote Link to comment
