HomerTheGeek
I've seen this reported before but wanted to throw in my diagnostics and see if someone can have a look. I'm a new unRAID user and am enjoying it very much. I ran these diagnostics this morning but after 3 hours they did not finish. I then restarted them and they still seemed to be hung. I then removed a 1.5TB WD USB drive I had plugged in and voila. Maybe the external drive is the issue? Thank you tower-diagnostics-20181121-1322.zip Link to comment

HomerTheGeek
I disconnected the drive, formatted it in windows and all is well with it reconnected. Thanks so much for the feedback. Link to comment
John_M
The problem isn't with the file system on the disk, but with the USB link. All you have effectively done is unplug it and plug it back in. Don't be surprised if it happens again, though often reseating a connector does help. Link to comment
