February 15, 20197 yr unRAID version: 6.5.0 Hardware: asrock j4205-itx, 1x 8gb ddr3, 2x WD Red HHD's 2TB, 1 SSD 128GB Hi, unRAID is having a problem reading my drives. This whole thing occured after a reboot (I did not change anything at this time). It will no longer identify any of my 2 HDD's and my SSD. I've already tried switching the SATA ports and cabels. Is there any way to recover my files stored on the HDD's? It would be wierd if all of them died at the same time. The shutdown was also requested, so no cable pulling was involved. Thank you! February 15, 20197 yr Community Expert Did you check the power connections to the disks going all the way back to the power supply?

February 15, 20197 yr Community Expert Can you see the disks in the BIOS? If your BIOS can't see the disks then Unraid won't be able to either.

February 15, 20197 yr Community Expert Very strange, it's like no SATA controllers are detected during boot, try updating to latest Unraid.

My BIOS shows me that my SATA Controller is enabled. This may sound stupid, but is there a video on how to update? Should I just throw a new ISO/Boot file on to the USB?
