I had MSI fast off, but normal fast boot on. MSI motherboard (z890-a pro). I just turned off normal fast boot too. Hopefully that's a fix.

    I am facing similar issue. I have Aoostar WTR Pro and Samsung FIT.

    Tried several setting in BIOS, nothing worked. I tried also all USB ports (2xUSB 2.0, 2x USB 3.0, USB - C) all have the same issue.

    The solution for me is to simply unplug and plug (even in the same port) the usb flash and reboot, Then the system will start.

    The errors i ma getting xhci_hcd and usb error like -62 and -71.

    Update: After many tries i decided to try different usb flash drive. So i used the guide here:

    And tranfered to a Samsung Bar Plus 64GB. All my problems solved!
