June 15, 20197 yr my usb key failed and i needed a new one. emailed support but haven't heard anything. anyone know the time to hear from a support person?
June 15, 20197 yr If you still have the original email with the .key file, create a new boot stick, and toss the file within /config on it. Boot up and follow the directions to transfer the key to the new stick.
June 15, 20197 yr Author Okay. So I have unraid running on a new USB, I got the original key for it, it tells me I have to get support since it hasn't been a year. Which is why I emailed them.
June 15, 20197 yr Support is usually fairly fast (a few hours), but it is the weekend. Where did you send the email?
June 15, 20197 yr Author I sent it from the support form on their website on Thursday , almost been 36 hours since then, can't even use my system or get a trial key started
