soupn
Hello, is it possible to have different user permissions for folders inside a share? Example: Share1 - user X an Y read and write Share1/folder1 - user X cant access thanks Quote Link to comment
Frank1940
No! What I would do is to create a new Share and copy/move the contents of Share1/folder1 to that new share. Delete folder1 from Share1. Then assign only user Y with read/write access to the new share. Edited October 21, 2019 by Frank1940 Quote Link to comment

soupn
This could be useful. I'm using native unraid server and users (no connection to any windows AD) in several costumers with different departments and this is an problem for me. Example, a account dep, with a ACCOUNT share, with boss and staff folders, all in the same share. Right now I have to create 2 different shares... Could be useful... Quote Link to comment
