Accidentally deleted config, now some disks unmountable

I was attempting to update my config in order to fill in the disk1 slot as for some reason I had left this empty and it was bugging me.

I deleted the config, accidentally not telling it to preserve anything. I looked at my diagnostics file (attached) in order to reassign things back to what they were. I re-assigned the cache and non-parity array drives. I started the array back up to make sure my files were there an accessible... and well... they're not.

It looks like any drive that had data on it no longer has a filesystem:

Also, the unassigned device that I used for downloads is no longer mountable:

Dec 11 00:19:34 Tower unassigned.devices: Adding disk '/dev/sdo1'...
Dec 11 00:19:34 Tower unassigned.devices: Mount drive command: /sbin/mount -t btrfs -o auto,async,noatime,nodiratime '/dev/sdo1' '/mnt/disks/downloads'
Dec 11 00:19:34 Tower kernel: BTRFS info (device sdo1): disk space caching is enabled
Dec 11 00:19:34 Tower kernel: BTRFS info (device sdo1): has skinny extents
Dec 11 00:20:06 Tower kernel: BTRFS error (device sdo1): open_ctree failed
Dec 11 00:20:06 Tower unassigned.devices: Error: shell_exec(/sbin/mount -t btrfs -o auto,async,noatime,nodiratime '/dev/sdo1' '/mnt/disks/downloads' 2>&1) took longer than 20s!
Dec 11 00:20:06 Tower unassigned.devices: Mount of '/dev/sdo1' failed. Error message: command timed out
Dec 11 00:20:06 Tower unassigned.devices: Partition 'WDC_WD80EMAZ-00WJTA0_1EG93RZN' could not be mounted...

Am I screwed? Why has the filesystem disappeared? Why is the unassigned device also become unmountable at the same time?

Edit: ok good news, I restarted the machine and the disks are once again mounted with their data intact. But my BTRFS unassigned device in still unmountable.

It looks like a UD problem, mount is timing out, btrfs filesystem can take a few seconds to mount, certainly more than 20 if there are many files, you should post on the UD support threads, include diags.
