Server unresponsive

Featured Replies

I have recently changed my sever to new hardware and after about 12-18 hours it becomes unresponsive. it still has power fans are spinning etc, but when i try to access the GU via the ip address or via the network folders.

No idea on how to try and trouble shoot, i have the sleep plugin and have set that to always awake. Any other ideas

Thanks

Would be useful to attach diagnostics (Tools -> Diagnostics -> attach zip).

Also turn on syslog mirroring (Settings -> Syslog server) so next time it hangs and you force reboot, the log before the reboot is preserved.

Coll will do, just need to go to the garage to force a reboot

I am using Unraid for many years, but never had the "freezing issue". I seem to experience this now as well (maybe since the latest update?). Let me post a diagnostic although my sense is that this will be a tough one to troubleshoot
