jeevans207
I have been running stable on v6.6.2 for a very long time. Recently I started experiencing the high CPU issue that is known in that release. I have tried upgrading to many different releases, but for some reason I am having network issues with all of them. Originally I thought it had to do with the fact that IPv6 was enabled in my network config, but I was not using. (IPv6 not enabled on my router.) I have removed those entries, but still have the same end result. After running the 6.8.3 upgrade and rebooting I get this: unRAID Server OS version: 6.8.3 IPv4 address: not set IPv6 address: not set Here are the diagnostics from the 6.8.3 install: evansnas-diagnostics-20200421-1551.zip If I simply restore the files from the previous folder to /boot using the same network.cfg: unRAID Server OS version: 6.6.2 IPv4 address: 192.168.0.101 IPv6 address: not set Here are the diagnostics from the 6.6.2 install: evansnas-diagnostics-20200421-1555.zip Any assistance is appreciated!! itimpi
A suggestion is to delete the config/network.cfg from the flash drive and then reboot to create a new one using default settings. Quote Link to comment

jeevans207
starting from a working system on 6.6.2 I removed /boot/config/network.cfg and rebooted It came up fully and was accessible via a browser, but when I checked for /boot/config/network.cfg, it had not been recreated. Not sure how/why it is working without the network.cfg Here is the diag: evansnas-diagnostics-20200421-1841.zip Then I ran the 6.8.3 upgrade again and rebooted. IPv4 not set again. Here is the diag: evansnas-diagnostics-20200421-1847.zip Quote Link to comment
