chronicvader
HI all, so i think I goofed up a storage drive. I came home really tired and half asleep and when I logged into my server webgui, I said that one of my disks had become unmountable. Of course I wasnt thinking straight and accidently formatted the disk. I realized what I had done right away and once it had finished I immediatley shut down the server. So I wasnt able to find a topic that would help me, so the question is, is it possible to rebuild the data on the drive or on a new drive, or did I mess this up? I have a dual parity machine. Thank You Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Rebuilding won't help, a deleted file recovery util like UFS explorer might. Quote Link to comment
chronicvader
Sorry for the late reply, with everything going on I really didnt want to deal with this issue until recently. But I want to thank you very much for recommending UFS Explorer. It was able to read and recover the files off of the "bad" drive. Quote Link to comment
