Can't login after disabling with acs override

Hey all, I was previously using the vfio-pcie plugin to passthrough a MSI GTX 960 to a windows VM. All was good until I decided to upgrade my GPU.

 

The installation went smooth but the VM wouldn't start properly. I tried upgrading from beta25 to 35 but still had issues starting the VM.  At this point I attempted to start from scratch with my bindings and disabled ACS override and restarted my machine. Now I can't access the GUI remotely nor can I use my keyboard after getting through the headless vs gui option (keyboard works fine to select a launch mode but nothing after that).

 

I've tried logging in with safe mode but still can't use my keyboard to login. I'm not able to generate a diagnostic since I can't get to the GUI.

 

Do I have any other options at this point besides starting from scratch? =/
