If my flash drive is damaged and I need to buy a new license I assume that I could restore my configuration in some way onto the new unRAID flash device and not loose anything? 2) Is there a fast way to move a group of files from one user share to another? It looks like the only way to do this is a full copy over the network. 3) I'm a brand new user and i have just purchased Pro... should I use the latest beta for my server or an older more stable version?

Just a matter of backing up one directory (the config one). Its tiny and trivial. A broken flash isnt going to lose you data. 2) Is there a fast way to move a group of files from one user share to another? It looks like the only way to do this is a full copy over the network. Just telnet to the box and copy there. Run the stable. The beta while very good (what i am running) is new and unles you want to beta test dont use it. The last thing you need as a new user is a potential bug or quirk that you are the first person ever to see.
