  • [6.12.0] unraid does not shutdown clean / gracefully

Hey there when i shutdown unraid it does not do a clean shutdown, but waits forever.

Last command issued is: "Starting diagnostics collection..." and stays  there forever (at least i waited 10 minutes until i hard reset the machine).

When i run the diagnostics  through cli the file is created fairly fast after some seconds.

Did not test. Currently  pre clear is running, if that is done I'll test and come back with the result of the test.

You might find this section of the online documentation accessible via the ‘Manual’ link at the bottom of the GUI or the DOCS link at the top of each forum page may be of use.

did not change anything but seems to work again.

It could be that one of the timeouts mentioned in the documentation is set to a value where things sometimes complete in time and other times do not.  If so then increasing them slightly might make the issue less likely to occur.
