Hello. I recently have not been able to login to the web ui. I am using the defaults user: admin and pass: adminadmin, but it is no longer working. Any thoughts? Thank you in advance for any assistance.

@testdasiback in town and did a 24 memtest with one ram stick. no issues. however, still getting the BTRFS issue whenever I run the Plex Docker. No issues as of yet with the server locking up with data transfer, but I am still monitoring that for now. Any thoughts regarding plex? Thanks again for your help

the clock speed shown is the processor. I am letting this run over night and will swap sticks around in the morning. unfortunately I can't monitor for a 24 hour period as I am going out of town

and I am not exactly sure what a successful memtest looks like, but something tells me this doesnt look good. see attached...

@testdasi can confirm both processor and ram are running stock. syslog attached. will report back what i find from memtest. syslog

one thing I noticed in that still is a reference to Wireguard. I did recently set that up to use as a way for my family to back up remotely to this server. Anyone know if wireguard causes stability issues? I do remember something about this not being fully supported or something to that effect

@testdasi Started backing up family photos and am now locked out. Interesting as I am not getting either of the errors from my title, but I am locked out of the server and the monitor that is hooked up to the server is going crazy in a command line with text scrolling rapidly across the screen. With no access to the web gui now, not sure what to do.

Hello all. I have been having an issue that seemed to start with Plex and now seems to be effecting other aspects of my server. I keep getting either "500 Internal Server Error nginx" and "502 Bad Gateway nginx" both of which seem to lock up my server. From what I have been able to deduce from reading other posts, is that it started by moving a large amount of data onto my server and potentially corrupting my nvme cache drive. So now whether it is plex or more recently backing up personal photos, either of those tasks seem to give me trouble, which then requires me to do a hard shutdown of the system. I am fairly new to unraid and am looking for any support with this issue. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Hello. I have been trying to follow all of the connection issues folks have been having with the web ui. I have tried several options, but with no luck. Things I can confirm include 1194 being forwarded locally, container running in bridge mode with no additional changes to the setup. This has all worked in the past, but for some reason no longer works. I have also tried removing and adding the container back. Any assistance would be appreciated. Bonus issue - On the client side, getting the ns cert type deprecated issue. Any assistance with that would too be appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello. I am fairly new to Unraid and have recently setup the linuxserver plex application. Everything seems to be setup properly and my media has been linked. However when I go to the web ui for plex, it informs me of an update. I believe to be correct in the fact that I can't just download the update from plex and install as I normally would through Windows as an example. My question is, if there is an update through plex, will an update soon follow for my container? I am familiar with how to check for updates, but at this time no update is appearing and am just curious if it is just something that comes a little later. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Hello. I recently setup my server and have successfully setup Open VPN. I am able to connect with my phone, but am unable to login with the user account for myself, only the root account. It is telling me incorrect user info, but I know for a fact it is correct. Is that the only way to login remotely using root? Thank you

Hello. I will be brand new to unraid once I finish my build in the next couple of weeks. I consider myself to be competent with the hardware, it is just the software side of things I am trying to nail down. My concern is with the new hardware and that I typically will update BIOS/Drivers etc. with a new computer build. I have nailed down updating the BIOS, but my question is will unraid allow me to update additional drivers like I normally would for other builds? Is it even necessary? Beyond updated BIOS I guess my only concern is that I have drivers for networking? Again, very green with this process so any and all feedback would be great. I have also posted my build below. Hello all. Looking to replace my current storage solution with a custom build. Not new to pc building, but new to NAS builds. Would appreciate any feedback to the below parts list. This will be shared by members of the family and will be mixed use between data backup and media streaming.
