OMG, I`m an idiot. Sorry, found out that VM with GPU path through was turned on automatically and this was the reason of issue. Turned off VM and now everything is ok.

Sorry, mislead you in previous messages. Upgrade is not the reason cause plugin was working on the same 6.9.2 version before. But before the issue my BIOS settings was reset (due to USB boot failure) so after this I have this error. Seems I should check BIOS settings but don`t sure how they can affect GPU and it`s functionality.

Old version 6.8.1 Also there was a BIOS reset taked place, but I have reenabled VD-T and PCIE virtualization. But don`t know maybe I did somethng wrong. tower-diagnostics-20220403-2222.zip

Have following issue after upgrading Unraid to 6.9.2 (reviously everything was working properly): "Failed to initialize NVML: Unknown Error" But GPU is defined in sysdevices propelry. Tried to reinstall plugin with no success Any ideas what to do in that case?

How about other VM templates? The same situation? It`s a dumb advice but have you restarted your server? Also you can try to disable/enable VM manager in Unraid settings so it would re initialize all available pci devices. Have similar issue that described here. Mybe the reason of this issue is that I have only one GPU without integrated to motherboard and when unraid boot up it utilize GTX580 so that it can`t be passthrough normally to the VM? Can somebody tell if it is possible to disable unraid from utilizing GPU so that it can be connected as free one to the VM?
