  1. Thanks. I'm trying the procedure stated in that wiki - move the data out of the driver first and then convert it.
  2. How to convert BTRFS to XFS without lose data? I have one parity drive, but no extra spare disk. Is it possible to unassign the disk and re-format it to XFS, later recovery data via parity synchronizing?
  3. Twice power off inexpertly make one disk unmountable. First time clicked format - lost whole disk data. Second time xfs_repair -vL saved me! Thanks
  4. Thanks for your reply. As suggested I switch the default FTP daemon to ProFTPd. The permission of shared folder always puzzle me. It changed itself and I have no clue.
  5. Hi, I set a shared folder permission to 700 by chmod and the owner to root:root. But other users still can read the folder via ssh/ftp. It seems the permission only work with samba share?
  6. I used "prefer" for my "transmission" download shared folder, because I want to the active files (downloading/uploading) files stay in cache. But the result is some files never used were moved from array to cache, then stay there and no longer are moving out. Based on what rules the mover move files from array to cache with setting "prefer"? Shoud I use "Yes" for my case - to store "hot" file in cache?
